Limited tickets are still available for the 2024 Hospice Benefit Gala, returning to The Chatham Armoury, Friday October 25, 2024.
The formal evening features a gourmet meal and offers those in attendance an opportunity to bid on a variety of memory-making experiences in a Live and Silent Auction while learning more about the impact of Hospice in our community. One of the highlights of the night is always a special Hospice Heart Story shared by a local family.
Returning this year is the ever-popular Diamond Draw, compliments of Mittons Jewellers in Ridgetown, and for the second year, the Golden Ticket draw which allows the winner to pick a Silent Auction item to instantly become theirs.
The evening will conclude with an after party and DJ for those who wish to stay.
“This truly is a special evening that strikes the perfect balance of good times for a good cause. The memories you make with your friends at events like the Gala are exactly the kind of moments people reminisce about. Memories are what give you strength after you’ve lost someone close to you. By attending and participating in the auction and draws, you make it possible for loved ones at Hospice to create lasting memories and to just be that- loved ones,” shared Ginny Hawken, Special Event Committee Chair and Foundation Board Member.
Now in its seventh year, the Benefit Gala has raised more than $445,000 for care planning, residential hospice care, and grief and bereavement support in Chatham-Kent, thanks in part to Victory Lincoln who has generously been the Title Sponsor for since inception.
Only about 80 tickets are available, and they are $200 per person, including a $50 tax receipt. Get your tickets by calling 519-354-3113 ext. 2300 or visit www.ckhospicegala.com. Additional fees apply to online purchases.
