Chatham-Kent Hospice is excited and honoured to be one of 15 partner organizations in the newly approved Chatham-Kent Ontario Health Team (OHT), one of the first OHTs in the province. The Ministry’s announcement affirms the collaboration we know exists amongst health care partners in Chatham-Kent and we are looking forward to building on this partnership in the name of improving local health care, including residential hospice care, for patients, families and caregivers.
