Pretty in Pink’s support of Hospice hits 10-year milestone

Pretty in Pink, a women’s group from Dover, recently presented a donation of $30,000 to the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation. The group has been raising funds to support our local hospice since 2014 and with this recent donation, have gifted over $173,000 to ensure local families have access to end-of-life care and supports at no cost to them. This year’s donation will be used to purchase an additional cuddle bed.

“I am so grateful to all the members of Pretty in Pink for their remarkable dedication and generosity in supporting our hospice families from the start. They are not only amazing at hosting events, but they have a lot of fun doing it,” shared Jodi Maroney, Executive Director, Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation. “I am also very thankful for everyone who supports their events. Together, the impact is tremendous!”

Pretty in Pink’s fundraising activities include a Chili Cook Off, Dinner & Dance and Golf Tournament.
